1st ALPHA MISSION - ΔELOS
Seed Gathering

Under a full moon, leading voices from archaeology, history, science, art, and architecture planted the first seed of ALPHA MISSION – ΔELOS on the island of Apollo and Artemis. This gathering of 70 participants marked the beginning of a co-design and co-creation process guided by the initiative’s focus: “from Mythology to Art, Space & Technology for the Regeneration of our Planet.” The island itself served as a living context for reflection, exchange, and collective imagination.
The programme unfolded across key sites of Delos, beginning at the Sanctuary of the Delian gods with reflections on the island’s mythical past and spirit of place. It continued with discussions on the regeneration of Delos through cultural heritage and landscape thinking, and concluded at the ancient theatre with a dialogue on art, space, technology, and climate futures, enriched by artistic and musical interventions.
